It is maintained by the Arizona State Land Department (ASLD) and is updated nightly. This data set only represents the geographic location and not whether or not the subsurface parcel is leased. </span></p><p><span>Access is granted to public agencies, educational institutions, non-profit organizations and private individuals for non-commercial purpose.
