Description: The parcel.unofficialapplicationparcels feature class contains provisional parcel geometry used when an existing official Application parcel requires revision.Records in this dataset are created by copying geometry from an existing official Application parcel into a separate staging feature class. Users may then edit the copied geometry without modifying the authoritative parcel feature. The resulting revision remains unofficial until it is reviewed and incorporated into the appropriate authoritative parcel dataset through the established parceling workflow.This feature class is intended to support the Salesforce parcel-map editing workflow, including parcel revision requests initiated from Application and related Additional Information records.Each stored feature represents an independently editable parcel piece. Geometry should be associated with the relevant Salesforce record and retain the attributes required to identify, review, and process the revision.These parcels provide a controlled GIS staging area for revisions to existing official Application parcel geometry while protecting the authoritative parcel dataset from direct edits.
